Rice Planting Festival (Otaue-sai)
The Fujisaka Neighborhood Association's Rice Planting Festival is a traditional ceremony held to pray for a bountiful harvest, prosperity, and good fortune. The event includes a Shinto ritual and a symbolic rice planting ceremony, fostering local cultural heritage and strengthening community bonds.
