Recruitment of Participating Stores for the “Gourmet Appreciation Fair in the Sacred Land of Food”

As part of the event "Tamba Sasayama International Expo: Beautiful Japanese Countryside into the Future," the Tamba Sasayama Gourmet Appreciation Fair will be held from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (Reiwa 7) to Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (Reiwa 8).

We would like to enliven this event with your support and cooperation. If you wish to participate, please submit the attached application form.

Businesses operating restaurants or retail stores within Tamba Sasayama City
Accommodation facilities that provide dining services (such as traditional inns, hotels, guesthouses, etc.)

Application Period

For Year-Round Gourmet Appreciation Fair: Apply by Wednesday, March 5, 2025

Seasonal Gourmet Appreciation Fairs:

Spring (April–May): Apply by Wednesday, March 5, 2025
Summer (June–August): Apply by Friday, April 25, 2025
Autumn (September–November): Apply by Friday, July 25, 2025
Winter (December–February): Apply by Friday, October 24, 2025
Spring Harvest Fair (March): Apply by Friday, January 24, 2026

Note:

We encourage businesses to apply for annual participation during the spring recruitment period whenever possible.

Separate recruitment will be conducted for fairs held after summer.
