Tambasasayama World Expo: Food Stall, Merchandise Sales, and Stage Performance

As the opening event of the "Tamba Sasayama International Expo: Beautiful Japanese Countryside into the Future," the Umamon Castle Yokocho (featuring food stalls, merchandise, and experiential activities) will be held at the Sannomaru South Square of Sasayama Castle from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (National Holiday), excluding April 14, April 21, and April 28 (Mondays).

We hope to make this event a great success with your support. If you are interested in participating, please submit the attached application form.

Additionally, for those who have applied, we will hold a vendor meeting and a lottery for booth allocation on the dates below. We kindly ask that the person in charge attend without fail.

Application Requirements

[For Food Stalls & Merchandise Vendors]

  • Vendors must offer at least one product that uses ingredients produced in Tamba Sasayama.
    (Examples: Selling baked goods made with Tamba Sasayama black soybean flour, soups using locally grown vegetables, etc.)

[For Stage Performers]

  • Open to organizations, groups, or clubs active within Tamba Sasayama City.
  • If participants are junior high school students or younger, a guardian or supervisor must apply on their behalf and be responsible for their supervision.
