The program concludes with a chance to savor the rich flavors of these exceptional black soybeans.
About Activity
In this experience, participants will tour ten nationally registered tangible cultural properties renovated with a "vintage yet modern" concept and observe the hand-selection of ingredients by local artisans. This is followed by a hands-on experience in sorting and a simple cooking activity using local specialties: Tamba black soybeans and Tamba Dainagon red beans. Finally, guests can enjoy a black soybean-based lunch or dessert and a drink in a special room within a historic storehouse.
