A specialty stone-grilled restaurant using premium local meats such as kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black beef), wild boar, and local chicken from Tambasasayama, as well as homegrown Koshihikari rice, Tamba chestnuts, black soybeans, and seasonal vegetables.
All dishes are cooked on natural stone, enhancing the flavor of the ingredients.
