This is a music festival where people with and without disabilities can enjoy music together and aim for a barrier-free mind through the power of music. The festival is held in Tamba Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture, under the slogan "Everyone is different, everyone is good." The purpose of the festival is to create opportunities to meet, empathize, and share the joy of life through music, and to communicate the desire to create a barrier-free living environment as well as a barrier-free mind.
